First Visit to Heritage Form

Help us help you! Let us help you organize your first visit to Heritage. Simply fill out the following information and we'll send you a customized plan that will make your first visit easy and enjoyable. The plan will include a map of the Heritage facilities so every member of the family will know exactly where to go on Sunday morning. We'll even pre-register your children (simply provide name and age). We can then also provide you with a list of adult Community Groups. In addition, someone will meet you at the Church's Welcome Center or the Children's Welcome Center to help you discover all that Heritage has to offer in children's, youth and adult ministries.
